NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER FOR EAST NILES COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
SLK Architect has been chosen to provide architectural and engineering design services for the East Niles Community Services District's(ENCSD) upcoming Future Operations Center. ENCSD was formed in 1954 and provides water and wastewater collection services to approximately 31,500 people in the eastern area of metropolitan Bakersfield. With no room to expand at their current location, the District purchased a 9-acre parcel on Niles Street at Brentwood Drive in order to construct the Future Operations Center at that location.

NEW OFFICE WAREHOUSE & SHOPS FOR ARB/PRIMORIS SERVICES

ARB/Primoris Services Corp has hired Steven L. Kieke Architect to design it's new facility in Bakersfield, California. The facility will be home to Primoris Industrial, Pipeline and Electrical Divisions. An 18,000 SF tilt-up concrete structure is anticipated along with an 86,000 SF pre-engineered fabrication building.

HILTON HOME2 HOTEL-VISALIA

87 room, 4 story hotel in 'The Square'; a planned business park with 'English Country' design theme. Received City planning approval on June 25, 2018 and currently in production.
